Jayne's 1st Birthday

Jayne's birthday was all planned months ago. Chalet, balloon sulpture, bouncer, chocolate fondue was booked months back. Cake, cupcake was all ordered except for the buffet.... We decided to called off the celebration due to the dimissed of my brother in law, Henry as no one was in the mood to celebrate. Every single of us was too distraughted.

After his funeral, my sister told me to go ahead with the celebration with just simple BBQ. We went to bought for rhe BBQ stuff.....who knows...the next day we received the news of government chalet at Aloha was used as a quarantine place for the stupid Swine Flu...arghh......Fated that she couldn't celebrate her birthday?

It's just less than a week to Jayne's birthday...I have to make the shortest decision on her celebration.

Last resort, we had a simple celebration at train mum house. She offered to cook simple dishes for dinner. They named it as Lew's Buffet.

This is the specially made jelly fishes..with colourful decorated colours fruit jelly..Its took Ah Tai lots of effort to cook this dessert. WOnderful...





We had another round of dinner that Melt the World Cafe...complimentary cake from the Hotel
