Just ended my gym...had a full 2 hours workout. Gym instructor was like torturing me to death. Originally 3 sets of work out had all gradually become 5 sets each. Damn tiring mann.....No choice..... I have been working hard twice a week in order to look good for my big day next year.
Will continue to head to that torturing section this coming thursday...Haiz..... : (
